Hire a wedding planner - seems obvious, but a lot of people overlook the importance of a wedding planner. We take all the stress, the worries, take on all the tiny details, co-ordinate the suppliers, chase the missing RSVPs, make payments... anything that would usually land on your shoulders. I can also SAVE you money, because I have the time for endless research & negotiation, plus using my many contacts, all of which I pass to you for YOUR benefit.
Do what relaxes you - if you're not someone who goes for regular massages or beauty treatments etc, don't start booking them now as a relaxation technique. Stay true to yourself. If you usually read to unwind, then pick up a good book. If you hit the gym, then pack your bag! Don't feel like you have to conform to a stereotypical "bride".
Eat! - Especially on your wedding day. Passing out won't be the memorable occasion you always hoped for. Keep your strength up for the night of dancing & partying ahead.
